Maple Pumpkin Chai



Autumn is always a busy time for me. As I soon I realize the warm, sunny days are numbered, I'll start finding any excuse to be outside. There's nothing that can keep me inside... not even ice cream! Still, the flavors of autumn are not to be missed either.

Inspired by pumpkin chai lattes, I tried my hand at pumpkin ice cream. Maple syrup added depth to the pumpkin flavor. Chai added a bit of spice. Altogether, it tasted like the tasty season to come. By the time I finished making this new flavor, I was craving pumpkin pancakes!
